Briargate is a 10,000 acre planned community. Located at the north end of Colorado Springs just east of the Air Force Academy. Briargate features Cul-de-Sac neighborhoods, great views of both "Pikes Peak" and the Front Range and lots of shopping. Each of the various neighborhoods in Briargate is identified with perimeter fencing and limited road access to provide for safe and pleasant living environments and your students would attend Academy District 20.
