The northeast part of town has both newer and more established Colorado Springs neighborhoods. There is also a wide range of home sizes and types in this area. Older areas feature larger treed lots, some with views. Newer areas have smaller Cul-de Sac lots. All of this is within easy access to all the conveniences of both Academy & Powers Blvds and are in Academy School District 20.
